INTRODUCTION

We introduce ourselves as the manufacturers of Roll a Doors, Perforated /Opaque Roll a Doors, Sectional overhead doors, Industrial Roll a Doors, Polycarbonate/Stainless Steel / Fabric Roll a Doors, with manual and automatic operations.

We also undertake Custom Built Oven Doors, Fire Rated Roll a Doors, Horizontal/Vertical Sliding Doors and Auto Gates, Swing/Silding Gates. We have a State of the art manufacturing, facility with an in house capability to carry out the above said works with technical, personnel to oversee all works with in house design facilities.

GENERAL

Full sheet(corrugated) Curtain with no moving joints but with fixed seam joints at fixed intervals to make the height, edged with nylon braided tape on both ends. Assembled in to Axle with nylon/ polyamide Drum wheels and required torsion Springs. The up and down movement of the curtain is held and guided by guide channels on both ends. The curtain and axle assembly is fixed to a set of Brackets which in turn fixed to the walls by anchored fasteners. The bottom of the curtain is secured with extruded Aluminium bottom rall with a provision to add weather seal.

The whole assembly makes the Roll a door light in weight and does not allow water stagnation on screen and the nylon taped edges makes the movement smooth in the guide channels. The whole assembly thus looks good and the color coated steel curtain does not require re-painting, remains rust-proof and is easy to operate for years. No kind of lubrication at any part of the assembly is necessary.

CURTAIN: Roll-Formed out of color coated steel 0.5 mm thick of G. Substrate to trapezoidal forms to a width of 450 mm to required length which ultimately forms the width of the door, width of450 mm in multiples and seam Joints (pressure seam by machine) forms the height 0.5 mm thick formed thickness 15mm G.I. coating 120GSM painted surface 2H scratch resistance, salt spray test-780hrs.
AXLE: 25 NB class ‘B G.I pipe.
GUIDE CHANNEL: Formed out of 2.0 thick G.I. 120GSM (34x60x2.0)
BRACKETS: Made out of ISA 40x40x5 angle
BOTTOM RAIL: Aluminium alloy extruded to overall size of40x35x3.5
DRUM WHEELS: Molded out of poly amide mineral filled material
SPRINGS: Torsion springs made out of grade 2 spring steel wire.
LOCKS: ‘Specially designed Slide locks with powder coat finish.
MOTORISATION: Done with “Orbital” type of drive with rotary limits, Overload Sensors, Obstruction sensing (Reversing) and with manual changeover lever Input 220/240 volts-6 AMPS. 433 MHZ radio control for remote operation.
